These general terms of use and service govern the rules for using the Copryce website and services. Please read them carefully.

The PRO subscription is open to individuals, it is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party. The TEAM subscription is an account open to legal entities; it allows creating five user positions. Subscriptions are non-transferable and prohibited for resale. Subscriptions include registration for information messages sent by the Moneydesign association. The subscriber acknowledges having read these terms of use and accepted them. They acknowledge having taken note of Copryce's general principles and operation on the PREAMBLE and HELP pages. These conditions as well as Copryce pages may be modified at any time without notice by the Moneydesign association, which cannot be held responsible in any way for misuse of this guide.

Any subscription is concluded for one week, one month, six months or one year, tacitly renewable, without duration commitment. You can upgrade your subscription to a higher subscription at any time. You only pay the price difference. Your subscription expiration date does not change. You can opt for a lower subscription at your subscription's expiration date. Copryce updates are free. The user must possess a valid email address throughout the subscription.

No withdrawal period: the withdrawal period is only mandatory in relations between a professional and a consumer. This therefore does not apply in our case since you subscribe as a professional. As soon as you pay your fee, you access services and partner offers specific to members. Therefore, no withdrawal right is provided in our T&Cs. Information contained in the Copryce site is strictly confidential; the user must under no circumstances disclose it to a third party. Otherwise, the Copryce subscription would be considered null, access would be immediately closed, without any possible refund.

Copryce is an information and inspiration tool that provides pricing estimates based on market data collected independently and objectively. These estimates allow you to better understand the value you create; they are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute pricing recommendations or directives. The Moneydesign association makes every effort to ensure the database is updated regularly.

Moneydesign and Copryce are registered trademarks. All content of the Copryce site, database, images and texts, is the property of the Moneydesign association and their authors. Any reproduction or disclosure, by any process whatsoever, without written authorization from the Moneydesign association is prohibited. Non-compliance with this prohibition constitutes counterfeiting that may engage the civil and criminal liability of the counterfeiter. Owners of copied content may take legal action against the user.

Information collected from people who fill out various forms complies with the Data Protection Act. Data communicated during Copryce registration is confidential and is in no case communicated to third parties, except for proper service execution. The user has rights of access, rectification, modification and deletion concerning data that personally concerns them, by simple postal mail or email to the Moneydesign association. User responses to forms, unless otherwise indicated, are optional; failure to respond does not result in any particular consequence. Nevertheless, responses must be sufficient to allow proper execution of Copryce. Data may also be collected for statistical purposes.

Information contained on this site is as accurate as possible. The site is regularly updated. However, it may contain omissions or typographical errors. If you notice one, or any malfunction, please report it by email specifying your hardware configuration. Any downloaded content is at the user's risk and under their sole responsibility. Moneydesign cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the user's computer or any data loss resulting from downloading.

Visitors and/or users may establish a hyperlink to the homepage www.copryce.com only, provided it opens in a new window (blank). Any other form of link is prohibited without prior authorization from the Moneydesign association.

These conditions are governed by French laws and any dispute or litigation that could arise from their interpretation or execution will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Paris courts. The reference language for these conditions and for resolving any disputes is French.
